Here it is : DOWNTOWN An aspiring member of a Pueblo gang was treated at a hospital for a deep cut to his leg during hazing by senior members of the clique.Shortly before 8 p.m. Thursday, Christopher Wayne Dowd, 24, told police he suffered a serious gash to his right shin when he jumped into the kayak course at the Arkansas River at the behest of ranking members of the Insane Clown Posse.Dowd told police he is obligated to do what longtime members of the gang order him to do, according to a report by Pueblo police Cpl. Gary Vannelli. When the others told him to jump into the river, Dowd did it. After he was in the river, he slipped and cut his shin on a sharp, underwater rock.Dowd was transported by ambulance to Parkview Medical Center, where he was treated for the injury.ARRESTS
